The core of your job:
As a supplier developer, you actively shape our supplier structure. You have a significant influence on the quality of our products as well as internal and external manufacturing processes.
In short: You are a decision-maker and support our suppliers as a partner!
Your tasks:
- The further development of an international supplier pool and ensuring consistently high-quality suppliers
- You will play a key role in the supplier selection process
- You will support our suppliers in all phases of the product life cycle
- You will carry out potential analyses and supplier audits
- You will be part of our supplier complaint management team
Your qualifications:
- Completed degree in engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a medium-sized manufacturing company
- Experience in planning and conducting audits is desirable
- High technical affinity and a knack for dealing with people and enjoying travel
