Your tasks:

  • You will be responsible for sales and earnings in European sales.

     

  • In your role as team leader, you will manage our international sales team—professionally, disciplinarily, and with a focus on motivation and cooperation.

     

  • You will support your employees with targeted, individual development opportunities and practical support.

     

  • Together with your team, you will develop a clear and future-oriented sales strategy, implement it, and ensure that goals are achieved.

     

  • You will be responsible for the international coordination and management of strategically relevant projects.

     

  • You will further expand European sales and create structures for sustainable growth.

     

  • You will be responsible for achieving our growth targets, deriving measures from monitoring and reporting, and implementing them.

     

  • You will accompany new products from the initial concept to successful market launch.

     

  • You will independently conduct price and contract negotiations (including annual reviews) with international customers and partners

     

  • You will personally look after our key customers in the automotive and industrial sectors and develop these relationships over the long term

     

  • You will also continuously professionalize and expand our distribution network in Europe

     

  • And when the going gets tough: in escalation management, you will maintain an overview and confidently steer critical situations to a successful conclusion

Your qualifications:

  • Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification

     

  • Several years of professional experience in the sale of electronic components, ideally in a management position

     

  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing international teams

     

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

     

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to manage complex projects

     

  • High level of self-motivation and results-oriented approach

     

  • Fluent German and English, other foreign languages an advantage

     

  • Willingness to travel within Europe
